bhakta-śrama jāni’ kailā kīrtana samāpana
sabā lañā āsi’ kailā samudre snapana
Synonyms
bhakta-śrama—the fatigue of the devotees; jani—understanding; kaila—performed; kīrtana samāpana—ending the chanting; saba lañā asi—accompanied by all of them; kaila—did; samudre—in the sea; snapana—bathing. ¶
Translation
Understanding the fatigue of the devotees, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu stopped the congregational chanting. Then He bathed in the sea, accompanied by them all. ¶
