aṅge kāṅṭā lāgila, kichu nā jānila!
āste-vyaste govinda tāṅra pāchete dhāilā
Synonyms
aṅge—on the body; kanta—thorns; lagila—touched; kichu—anything; na janila—did not perceive; āste-vyaste—very hastily; govinda—His personal servant; tanra—Him; pāchete—behind; dhaila—ran. ¶
Translation
Govinda ran very quickly behind the Lord, who did not feel any pain from the pricking of the thorns. ¶
