nā kahile haya mora kṛta-ghnatā-doṣa
dambha kari bali’ śrotā, nā kariha roṣa
Synonyms
na kahile—if I do not say; haya—there is; mora—my; krta-ghnata-dosa—fault of ingratitude; dambha kari—I am proud; bali—taking as; śrotā—O readers; na kariha rosa—do not be angry. ¶
Translation
If I did not disclose this fact, I would be guilty of ingratitude to the Lord. Therefore, my dear readers, please do not consider me too proud and be angry at me. ¶
