sura-strī-keśa-vibhraṣṭa-
nava-saugandhika-srajām
yatrāmodam upādāya
mārga āvāti mārutaḥ
Synonyms
sura-strī—of the women of the demigods; keśa—from the hair; vibhraṣṭa—fallen; nava-saugandhika—made of fresh, fragrant flowers; srajam—of the flower garlands; yatra—wherein; āmodam—the fragrance; upādāya—carrying; mārge—on the roads; avati—blows; marutah—the breeze. ¶
Translation
The breezes blowing in the streets of the city bore the fragrance of the flowers falling from the hair of the women of the demigods. ¶
