hena-kāle eka nārī aṅgane āila
tāṅra aṅga-kāntye sthāna pīta-varṇa ha-ila
Synonyms
hena-kāle—at this time; eka—one; nari—woman; aṅgane aila—came to the courtyard; tanra—her; anga-kāntye—by the beauty of the body; sthāna—that place; pita-varṇa ha-ila—became yellowish. ¶
Translation
At that time, in that beautiful scene, a woman appeared in the courtyard. The beauty of her body was so bright that it tinged the entire place with a hue of yellow. ¶
