bhāvāveśe svarūpe kahena gadgada-vāṇī
‘karṇa tṛṣṇāya mare, paḍa rasāyana, śuni’

Translation

In great ecstasy, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu said to Svarūpa Dāmodara in a faltering voice, “My ears are dying of thirst. Please recite something to quench this thirst. Let me hear it.”
